What do I get for my money?
When you use us, you get a professional and reliable service. We make sure that your requirements are met and try to exceed your expectations. We provide value for money and take the stress off you so you can enjoy your time away from home.
Can I arrange for Services while I am on holiday?
Yes you can arrange for services while on your holiday. If you want to spend some time with your partner and need a babysitter, we can arrange that for you. You may find that as you are ready to go back home, you have items you will like to cargo, we can arrange that for you as well.
What happens if I don’t like the service I received?
If you are not happy with any service we have provided, please contact us immediately on 07448 136136 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deal with any complaints. It is important to us that your experience is always very satisfactory and we will work with you every time to ensure this is the case.
Can I pass on my package to someone else if I cancel my trip?
Unfortunately, unless you signed up for a silver service which can be used by family, you will not be able to pass on your package to someone else.
What happens if I change my mind more than 3 times?
If you change your mind more than 3 times that is ok. We will charge an additional fee depending on the circumstance and we will always work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the arrangement.
How can I make payment if I do not have a credit card to do it online?
We can arrange for money to be transferred into our bank account from any country. We will make some initial enquiries to ensure that the transaction is genuine.
